Museums & Institutions - Rockhill, Pennsylvania, United States
Rockhill Trolley Museum is a museum that specializes in teaching visitors about antique trolleys, what services they provided for communities and cities, how they operated, why they were invented, and who uses them now. We show visitors our trolley collection in our car barns and restoration shop and take them on a 3.5 mile round trip on one or more vintage trolleys. A visitor can spend anywhere from 40 minutes to over 4 hours at our museum depending on the number of rides they want to take. We offer special events throughout the season which starts in May and ends in December. Holiday events take place from October to December. We are a non-profit 501 (c) 3 organization and rely heavily on our volunteers who have been donating their time since the museum opened in 1960. We are always looking for new volunteers to join us!
