Rockquest Promotions runs creative development platforms for youth in Aotearoa. Our platforms aim to build confidence and develop the leaders of tomorrow. Rockquest Promotions began producing Smokefreerockquest in 1988. Since then the suite of activity has grown to include other music platforms - Smokefree Tangata Beats (21 years) and Rockshop Bandquest (10 Years). In 2018 Rockquest Promotions were successfully awarded the rights to produce a performing arts platform named Showquest.Smokefreerockquest is a live, nationwide competition for high school bands.Smokefree Tangata Beats is a live, nationwide competition for high school bands that recognises the unique cultural identity of Aotearoa, New Zealand.Rockshop Bandquest is a live, nationwide competition for Primary & Intermediate bands.Showquest is a performing arts competition for ākonga year 1-13 around New Zealand.
