Coaching for individuals and companies to reach health and wellness goals. This can be fitness plans, weight loss plans, or nutitional coaching, as well as other aspects of wellness, such as personal finance and spirituality. I am in contact with clients weekly for encouragement and to refine goals. The weekly accountability greatly increases success rates! I also lead Dr. Sears' developed workshops to help individual understand how the 4 pillars of health interact to create wellness: Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude, and Nutrition. Workshops can be tailored for the workplace or different interest groups.
