The Rogers Marketing Group was founded in 2012 by George Rogers who after leading marketing divisions in all the major domestic markets in the U.S. for over 20 years, saw the need for truly ground up applied and earned knowledge in the gaming consultant vertical, rather than the academic and theoretical consultant companies that were currently available.The Rogers Marketing Team has extensive expertise in Local, Regional and Destination Markets as well as having an unique and partnered understanding of Native American Gaming Properties with the exceptional talent of working as optimization specialists between the properties executive team and the Tribal Nations Membership vision and goals for their asset.There are three core components that all our clients and colleagues will testify about the Rogers Marketing Group:1.There is no "A" Sales Team coming in to sell the clients executives on an engagement and once the contract is signed the "B" Team is now in-charge of the process. Being a small boutique firm, we only have the "A" Team, there is no team switch once the process starts.2.All associates of the Rogers Marketing Group are firmly engaged to the understanding, feedback if not total buy-in of the client's front line team members. This is why almost all of our engagements include 1 on 1 discovery sessions with the managers and directors that would be impacted to any change of property direction.3.Our associates have worked from the ground up, so we know theoretical and spreadsheet ideas are not always practical and this is why our marketing shows success and returns not just from the boardroom but from the customer service and appreciation levels as well.
