About Us: Rogue International Consulting lends expertise to projects in the area of international development. Formed in 2012, our company combines two decades of project experience in the fields of disaster management, conflict resolution & transitional justice, global health and telemedicine. Understanding all the inputs to a problem and how they interact to form a system is very important. We provide professional practice in import/export logistics, international trade research and public health education in order to offer a well-rounded set of project management skills. On and off the job we continue to build a global network of contacts which we utilize to find specialized and sustainable solutions for each project. Current Projects: Currently we are working on a contract with the Government of Romania's Ministry of Health (MOH) doing a feasibility study and laying out a conceptual design to support Romania's efforts to expand telemedicine to rural villages throughout the country; The Project will evaluate eHealth or parallel Information and Communication Technology (ICT) innovation strategies for the Ministry of Health to (a) be able to efficiently deliver health care to the remote and rural regions and, (b) to determine the feasibility of such an approach for the MOH. The Project also will evaluate the current telemedicine Pilot Project in the Danube Delta for application throughout Romania.
