A weekend baker since I was a kid, when I moved from NJ to New England, I missed bagels terribly, so I learned to make them. By 2018, people were asking if they could buy them and retailers wanted to carry them.A technical disruptor by nature, I've spent the past 7 years honing recipes and methods to produce top notch NY style bagels anywhere in the world.Is it labor intensive - Absolutely, but the taste is worth the effort, and it just feels good to be able to provide better bagels AND a clean label - no preservatives, no additives, no chemicals.
