With those owners we have contracts that allow us to manage those properties on an exclusive basis. Therefore we have the possibility to fully control those properties and reservations, set prices, decide special offers, ask improvments based on Clients needs/feedbacks. In exchange we must deliver a satisfying finacial return on a monthly/yearyly basis for each property. \We reject over 60% of the properties that owners are proposing us either because they are not in central areas (where travellers want to be), either because they don't meet our quality standards.
