Ronski+Burke is a small but vibrant practice offering across-the-board services in the construction and consultancy fields. We serve a range of international clients either direct or as sub-consultants for internationally operating organisations. We work in the area of design, specification, cost control and construction in all phases and co-ordinate remodelling, extension and renovation works. Ronski+Burke have extensive experience in dealing with internationally-operating clients where we find our methods of project organisation contribute significantly to the success and efficiency of the project process. We operate databank-based information management. Ronski+Burke covers the full range of planning, specification, co-ordination and quality and cost control services as laid out in the HOAI, the German Architects' and Engineers' Scale of Fees. RBA operates a strict communication regime, believing that efficient information management is the key to efficient and economic progressing of projects. Planning meetings with the Client or his representatives can be in English with written communications by eMail with PDF attachments (excl. legal or tax-relevant documents); construction documents are provided in English or German as appropriate and as required by the Client.
