RMI manufacturer's high solid, low permeance fluid applied roofing and waterproofing systems without the need for reinforcing fabrics or felts. Its performance matches that of a roll sheet vapor barrier to form a durable, seamless monolithic membrane with superior adhesion conforming to an existing roof or substrate surface for same day finished application. In order to optimize the performance properties of the RMI system, its application requires both proficient installers of a highly competent roofing contractor and knowledgeable specifiers. RMI's technical philosophy is that in some way or another each project is unique and has conditions specific requirements. There are no standard applications, specifications or solutions that are "one-size fits all". All buildings are "Condition Specific."RMI's full service methodology looks at collective project needs through the eyes of the building owner, manufacturer, specifier and contractor.
