Rooted Capital Companies is a real estate investment firm focused on providing partners a balance of opportunity, strong returns and long-term growth. We own and operate over 90 single and multi-family properties in Georgia, and are continuing to acquire multiple distressed properties per month to add to our own and to our clients' portfolios.As a company, we renovate, lease and manage the properties post acquisition, and provide the opportunity for our investors to participate in the properties through syndication and direct ownership through purchase of Turn-Key investment properties. We have acquired, renovated and leased over 150 properties in the greater Atlanta area since 2012.Our Mission is To Improve Communities by Providing Safe, Comfortable Homes. Our company has adapted to the growing needs of the South Atlanta market by offering multiple housing types based on client needs: Premium Homes, Standard Homes, and Senior Homes.We are seeking like-minded investors that like to be part of our growth and mission. Our investors can work with us in various capacities such as below:1) Short Term Bridge Lending: Lending funds on 6-9 month terms while earning high interest. Funds are handled by Title Attorneys and collateralized against properties through a first position lien.2) Purchase of Turn-Key Investment Properties: These are properties that we have acquired, renovated and leased. Our investors purchase the properties with a conventional loan or cash, and are cash-flowing from day 1 of purchase given that the properties are already rented.3) Investing funds in our syndications which are often on portfolio of single family and multi-family properties. This is essentially a joint venture where our investors have a passive role and earn a monthly return while we utilize our company resources to manage the day to day aspect of operations to maximize the performance of the investment.
