The ROOTS 657 Greenhouse will soon be located next to the café and market. It will be a place where hosts can make an unforgettable impression on their guests. The space can be reconfigured to fit their needs—from hosting a reception, a sit-down dinner, a workshop, or attending one of Chef Rosendale's popular cooking classes. This space will sit adjacent to a custom-designed live fire theater, where we will cook local meats and vegetables using locally procured Virginia hardwood. Roots 657 serves lunch, dinner, pastry & coffee with future plans for breakfast.
