Roots and Wings Academy provides intercultural workshops, training and coaching for expat parents, schools, and businesses.Parent Workshop and Coaching: We help parents with the tools and skills they need in raising their children to reach full potential and to become happy, healthy and successful adults. Workshops for parents are designed to help them develop effective communication and discipline strategies, learn the do's and don'ts of parenting, gain knowledge on child development, and understand the ways to stimulate their children's social and cognitive growth. For expat parents, sessions on how to handle multicultural influences in the family, multilingual development, cross-cultural differences, and expectations from children in Dutch culture and education system are offered.For Schools and Businesses:We offer custom-made intercultural trainings and consultation to schools and business to help them thrive in their multicultural contexts.
