Our foundational workshop, The Damascus Road Antiracism Analysis Training, spans 20 hours and includes topics such as the history of racism and resistance, the systemic reality of racism, white privilege, racial/cultural identity, and institutional racism. Other program offerings include racial identity retreats, training in institutional organizing, a process for institutional diversity/antiracism teams, customized workshops, and consultation services.Grown out of the Antiracism Program of Mennonite Central Committee U.S., Roots of Justice serves both religious and non-religious organizations and community groups.
