Resort Real Estate Acquisitions – Strategic Planning, Site Selection, Financing, Subdivision and Permitting, Sales and Marketing Programs. Developed plans and specifications for various custom home projects ranging in size from 1600 sq. ft. to 9,000 sq. ft. and served as construction manager to ensure that the work occurred per the plans and specifications developed. As well, reviewed scopes of work and awarded all contracts to subcontractors, materialmen and vendors. Designed and Implemented a system for managing pay applications to ensure budget compliance. Successfully managed changes in the work timeline through a system of real time specification and finish schedules along with a program for change order management. Through scheduling allowed for strict compliance with the critical path of projects and the schedules and timelines created. Designed a book of house plans for the Traditions community which allowed Homeowners to choose from a variety of house styles and types. The book included 5 models with a variety of amenities and sizes and the ability to "customize" the plans to meet the needs of Homeowners. Managed the Construction of Phase One of construction as General Contractor
