RCFS is passionate about helping business operators successfully manage their businesses by helping them in ways which suit their needs.RCFS is completely independent of all financiers, and we operate solely with our clients' requirements in mind. We are also happy to outsource and connect clients with different professionals and other businesses where those introductions can potentially benefit all parties involved. After 15 years in the Banking industry with NAB and CBA in both Business & Agri Markets, I have decided to leave and change direction. Part of this change outside of directly working for a multi-faceted business in the South Burnett as their Financial Controller, is also running my own consulting and finance business and very fortunate to already have some great clients within the Wide Bay, South & North Burnett Regions. RCFS is aimed at assisting small & medium business on various matters including financial matters, strategy, and planning. On top of this and in conjunction with the consulting side, I have also been able to setup up a partnership with Smyth Financial. This relationship will complement the consulting side of the business and allow our team to assist business clients with all their financing needs however specifically focusing on Asset Finance.Jason Smyth, the owner of Smyth Financial is highly regarded in the industry and was BOQ Broker of the Year in 2019 in the Equipment Specialist field. The other key member of his team is Corey Smith who recently joined from CBA. He is also very well known, a former colleague of mine and very highly regarded with background in Mining Services, Construction and Retail Industries throughout the Central Queensland Region.
