THE NEXT GENERATION OF ROSEWOOD…We're taking a few months to travel throughout the Americas and Europe, looking for the finest ingredients and culinary inspirations to bring back to a re-imagined Rosewood. We're seeking out small, local farmers, responsible and sustainable fisheries, and cattle-ranchers that share our commitment to quality. We will also be spending some time visiting wineries to find even more labels to make our new wine list great. Rest assured that favorites like the 50-Day Dry-Aged Ribeye and the White Chocolate Mousse Cake will be back soon as we recreate the Rosewood for a new generation.In the mean time, my daughter Staci, son-in-law Bill Veremis, and the rest of the management team will be updating our website, along with our social networks, to let you know where we are and what we are doing.
