In the month of October 1986 Rotary Club of Dhaka, North West showed interest in the Rotaract club where young people can develop themselves. In the month of November 1986, this club did its first general meeting.In 1987 the club got the certificate of the organization from ROTARY INTERNATIONAL and running successfully in the Rotary International District-3280, Bangladesh.Rotaract Club of Mahanagar North West is one of the oldest and well known successful Rotaract Club in Bangladesh.THE PURPOSEThe purpose of Rotaract is to provide an opportunity for young men and women to enhance the knowledge and skills that will assist them in personal development to address the physical and social needs of their communities and to promote better relations between all people worldwide through a framework of friendship and service.
