Don Rothschild is President of Peak Paths, a division of Rothschild's Files, Inc., providing consulting services, training and expert assistance in organizing and providing a drug-free workplace environment. The organization was founded in 1990.\\Since 1986, Don has devoted his time toward working with organizations to improve productivity by finding solutions for problems of troubled employees. And since 1994, he has concentrated much of his work implementing drug-free workplace programs. He is a nationally (EAPA) certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP), Colorado Certified Addictions Counselor (CAC-III) and a DOT-qualified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP).\\Don has specifically focused on recovery since he joined Colorado's Advocates for Recovery in 2001, and becoming a board member of that organization in 2003. At this time, he serves as Treasurer of that organization and in 2007 served as team leader in AfR's Rally for Recovery.\\He also serves on the Board of Directors of Colorado Drug-free Workplace Alliance, a not-for-profit service organization working with businesses in the State of Colorado to educate and promote drug-free workplace environment. And, he serves, by appointment of the Mayor, on Denver's Drug Strategy Commission.\\Prior to 1986, Don had a successful, productive thirty-year career as petroleum geologist and exploration manager in the oil industry.\\Don is an amateur photographer and loves to travel with his wife, Tarris, and capture images of the landscapes.
