Our work perspective is based on the implementation of the latest Computer-Aided Technologies in Engineering Design and Project Management by utilizing cutting-edge computer software to create intelligent 3D models. As stated above, the 3D intelligent models give us the Building Information Modelling (BIM) technology and capability which is the perfect opportunity for design and coordination of all required disciplines; Architectural-Structural-Mechanical and Electrical. BIM brings together all of the information about every component of a building, in one place. Through this technology, it is possible to detect clashes and conflicts between various disciplines via the state of art 3D Dynamic Clash Detection. ROTI is also capable of conceptualizing difficult details in a highly realistic manner, which enables efficiently resolve such constraints. Site working programs, planning and progressing can also be synchronized with this technology, empowering the construction firms to capture real time and future projections of work implementations both visually and quantitively. One of our specializations, Mechanical-Electrical&Plumbing (MEP) Design, supported with 3D intelligent modelling, gives us the opportunity and capability of precise coordination and routing of the MEP systems which can cover as much as %50 of project value on techologically challenging projects such as healthcare and biotech industries.
