We welcome you to the Rotman African Caribbean Business Club. It is a student-led cultural and developmental club in University of Toronto that aims to inspire and empower a generation of phenomenal African and Caribbean leaders.Since inception, RACBC has aimed to create a community that integrates the African and Carribean student body with the wider Rotman and Canadian society. Through networking events, mentorship, cross-cultural social activities and panels of learning, we are promoting inclusion, fostering relationships, exchanging knowledge and promoting the strength of our diversity which is a compliment to Rotman's core values.Our Alumni network is robust with strong presence in leading organizations across diverse industries across Canada including finance, consulting, marketing, entertainment and healthcare. They have been a pillar of support and are instrumental in helping forge meaningful corporate partnerships.From orientation throughout the duration of their membership, RACBC is committed to supporting all members with necessary tools and connections needed to thrive in school and in the workplace.Mentorship is a valuable tool which we use to create value for our members and also offer value to the crop of young African and Caribbean undergraduates coming behind.
