At Rough Diamonds, we create great start up businesses. As entrepreneurs, we recognise it takes talent and capital to launch a new business. Plenty of smart people have plenty of smart ideas about new business opportunities. Mostly, these go nowhere because those people don't have the resources, talent, skills, drive, experience or capability to turn the ideas into a tangible business. We do! We work with teams of recent university graduates who are in need of increased experience, knowledge and networks and we offer them an opportunity to join one of the Rough Diamonds start-up businesses as equity partners. While working on our start ups, university graduates not only gain real work experience, but they also receive training on important skills such as networking, interview preparation, CV's, presentations and more. Additionally, it is our goal to expand our graduate teams networks by introducing them to our extensive networks in Sydney so that if they choose or don't have the opportunity to join the start ups post incubation, they can utilise their new contacts to secure future work.
