Rough Draught is an experimental community driven lecture series featuring deep thoughts on a theme.At it's core, this event is an intellectual and artistic collaboration between a volunteer board of advisors and individuals who apply to present. With each installment of Rough Draught we select a new pairing of prompts that provide a unifying theme for presenters to riff on. Our aim is to offer a venue for putting forward new concepts, ideas, research, and critique on a topic of deep personal interest. It's a chance to explore unexpected fascinations, be held accountable for following through with inquiry, and share findings with our broader community. Our hope is to inspire and entertain both the presenters who volunteer their time and knowledge as well as the audience.
