It was founded in 1999 when a group of like-minded colleagues identified development needs in the not for profit sector which required a more bespoke, consultative solution.Roundabout-Learning has a number of consultants and associates, each experienced in their own field of human resource, business and people development. Our specialisms include employee engagement, change management, conflict resolution, volunteerism, diversity awareness, sales training and training trainers.Together we have worked for many years in large and small organisations across the not-for-profit, retail, public, private and commercial sectors.
