This continues to enable us to fund and close transactions in a most timely and efficient manner.Our underwriting is focused on the equity in real estate, business loans and bridge loans and is not driven by credit scores or extensive income documentation. Our rates and fees are very competitive (as low as 5.27%), and our process, from submission to closing, rarely exceeds 5-10 working days. While conventional lending sources continue to be less available and more demanding, and while other private lending sources prove to be less reliable and unable to close and fund the transactions they approve, Royal Ace Finance continues to grow its investor base and closing volume and remains a consistent and dependable funding source.
