Royal Sno is a newly formed social enterprise that specializes in providing hands on entrepreneurship education to build a community of future business owners by employing them to operate a Royal Sno Cone Bus. Youth will have the opportunity to work during their summer break while receiving superior education in ownership, business management, and servant leadership throughout the school year. Royal Sno is committed to cultivating young entrepreneurs. Youth participating in Royal Sno's entrepreneurship education program will create a bank ready business plan, learn how to build and maintain a solid network and business relationships, learn to strategically manage their time, set SMART goals, effectively resolve conflict, learn business etiquette, sustain and manage wealth, learn how to brand their business, and develop their creative talent.
