The world of live events has changed, in an effort to stay connected over the coming months, our team will be launching "The Royalmount Drive-in Event Theatre" concept for the summer 2020. The idea is to offer guests and corporate clients the ability to ENGAGE, while respecting SAFE DISTANCING PRACTICES.This venue will host drive-in movie nights, live bands, comedy shows, speciality screenings, corporate presentations, corporate launches and other public gatherings.• Window service will be available to eliminate the need for guests to leave their vehicles. • Individual bathroom trailers will be maintained with a team to disinfect after each use. • Premium audio will be broadcast to each car though their own sound system.The site will be available for rent for private groups, charitable organizations, schools and other collectives.DAILY RENTAL INCLUDES:Use of entire site - as per site rental inclusion list above• 11am - 1am• Pre Event - Site Review• 2 Staff to assist with installation & delivery coordination• Promotion and schedule listing on all marketing, web & Social Channels• Use of all installed technical equipment and staging -• Additional needs per event to be established and may be additional• All technical & operation staff• Parking management team• Security• Access to concession trailers & product — Additional charges apply• Access and use of secure office facility• Renter may install any pop up branding or make use of any and allsignage opportunities #DRIVEINTOGETOUT
