Our program stands strong behind it's core family values. And it is through this mantra that we strive to create a new era of Cheerleading in Canada! As defined by the United States All Star Federation, "All Star Cheerleading is a competition sport that involves boys and girls performing a two minute and thirty second routine composed of tumbling, stunting, pyramids, dance and other cheerleading segments. This routine is performed and scored against other teams at various local, regional, national, and worldwide competitions."Coaches Corner:This is more than just teaching the sport of cheerleading. As working with youth is important to us as individuals, our mission is to help shape today's youth to be effective adults. We are ultimately shaping people; mentally and physically.
