RPD Strategic was established to address the need for large and small business to understand and improve upon their current Business Development practices in order to better serve their customer and outperform their competition. Having worked with hundreds of companies both domestic and international, a common reoccurring theme resonated which hindered growth. The inability to self audit, effectively communicate, strategize and execute. Many stakeholders, principles & managers have worked for very few companies and therefore have little understanding of systems outside of those they have been exposed to. Having experienced the inner workings of many successful and some poor performing companies allows us to work closely with our clients, to improve their systems and best practices in Business Development, Sales & Marketing with a key focus on always improving their customers' experience.
