RPE is a Pan-European real estate company which provides investment advisory and asset management services, with a particular focus on Spain, Portugal, Italy and France. The business was established in 2010 and since its inception has advised on over €4bn of real estate transactions across Europe, of which approximately €3bn of the transactions have been in Spain and Portugal. RPE is an independent company with a highly experienced senior team with the aim of establishing long term partnerships with our investors to help them deliver their objectives in our markets. The primary activity of our business started as large scale retail investment transactions particularly shopping centres and retail parks and over the past two years due to the demands of our clients we have grown into high street, logistics and office markets in Spain and Portugal where we have established dedicated teams working in these sectors.
