RRU Centre for International Law with the motto to assess, analyze and adapt the emerging perspectives of international law and aims to promote the subject with the objective of universalization of the language and concepts of international law for it to be representative of the principal legal systems of the world. Given the exclusive focus of RRU on matters of national security, the RCIL naturally operates on the intersection of international law and security. RCIL emphasizes on understanding and interpreting international law in a rapidly evolving international security environment.
