R&S Group Ltd was formed in November 2019 in the UK. We, owners, are Juan Romero and Dominique Saez. What we do is to invest in properties in the UK market. Our company's mission is:To provide above market quality and safe properties to our customers within selected areas in the UK and NZ focusing in the addition of value and the generation and nurturing of strong relationships with our stakeholders. R&S Group Ltd will focus on the UK property market because:● Traditionally property prices are quite low compared to long term average.● High rental yields vs price.● Recovering market sentiment and wider UK economic recovery.● Strong demand for rentals and strong economic growth.The company is focused on acquiring and refurbishing property assets across the UK adding value to them. Looking for opportunities where properties have been allowed to fall into disrepair or are no longer fit for their original intended purpose and either redeveloping or refurbishing to create desirable accommodation that can be rented or sold.The company was founded by Dominique Saez and Juan Romero. Our company is of a limited nature. Both of us are shareholders and directors, each owning 50% of the company. Every deal we go through is meticulously studied, we do our due diligence and get the support from an experienced power team. Plus, we always have exit strategies to make sure we cover all aspects. We don't speculate, we invest.
