Designing, planning and leading major business change programs; developing alignment and capability in manager, sponsors and agents of change; using appropriate communication and involvement approaches and success measures. 4. Identification of all process and technology changes, business impacts and organization change management implications. 2. Ensure stakeholder's engagement and communications activities to promote awareness, information and engagement within the business. 3. Produce multiple media type communication vehicles to support the business in support of building a compelling case of change. 4. Defining roles, jobs, and organization changes that are required to support the future state business capability- Organizational Gap Analysis. 5. Work with the different business units on reducing the organizational gaps that were mapped before go live in order to increase the business unit's readiness. 6. Develop training and end-user support materials, including business training, classroom materials, online support materials, job aids, and quick reference guides. 7. Work with the different business units on an ongoing basis to implement the change management approaches and plans.
