Located in the Burgeoning business area of Johannesburg has been operational since 2004. herein referred to as RTM (Real Tele -Marketing) , one of the largest privately owned BBBEE inbound / Outbound Call Centres and Business Process Outsource (BPO) centres in South Africa. The company is perfectly located close to all main arterial routes as well as a Gautrain rapid rail station and in close proximity .Telecommunication service providers service providers Vodacom, Neotel & MTN. With current capacity at 780 call centre seats and 120 training seats, scalable to 1500 seats.Being FAIS ( Financial Advisory and Intermediary Act) and FRCA ( Financial Intelligence Centre Act) approved, we have business partnerships in the banking and financial service sectors as well as telecommunication and hospitality sectors , Vodacom, Nedbank, Edcon, Momentum, ABSA, Spinvox, MFI and First for Florida to name a few.With the capacity to assess 150 applicants per day and to interview approximately 60, we are able to scale up operations to meet deadlines. Partnering with various recruitment sources and utilization of web and media we are able to source candidates in line with our BEE initiatives.
