Subsequently, I have been working on a dedicated server business and a system development business.In 2015, our company began operating vacation rentals during the rise of sharing economy businesses such as Airbnb.Having accumulated experience and expertise, we are currently operating a consulting business for real estate investment specializing in vacation rentals.Specifically, our services are as listed:1. We will arrange a consulting contract between our company and the client.2. We will locate suitable real estate for the client, in accordance with their estimated budget.3. Once land is acquired by the client, we will provide suggestions regarding the scale of the building and construction cost.4. When the client acquires both the land and building, we will offer suggestions regarding rebuilding requirements, official permission and associated costs. Suggestions include how to maximize profits, keeping costs low.5. If there are no issues with 3 and 4 above, a sales contract between the client and the seller of the real estate will be agreed to by our intermediary.6. We will apply for official permission. New construction or rebuilding will be carried out.7. The operation of the vacation rental business by the client can now begin.As an intermediary, our fee is a set percentage. By law it is 3% of the trading price. There will be no other fees.If desired, we can assume control of the vacation rental operations for the client.Currently, we are taking some requests.
