RTAP is an initiative which advocate to creating a world where children can stay in school and grow up to become leaders who are confident, economically independent, and supportive of their communities.RTAP is focusing on both genders, its prioritize both genders because when young children stay in school, they have better economic, social and health outcomes. Rachel believes on education as a tool to address gender inequality and ensure that young children, particularly girls who are vulnerable, have the same opportunities that boys do. To make sure that the work is informed by both genders to support themselves and it believe girls and young women have a critical role to play in improving the quality of the work. TWCDIA also recognize the importance of working with men and boys to keep girls in school.
