I'm a freelance UX Designer & Strategist, with 17 years of experience working at digital design agencies and tech companies. I have worked for brands such as Booking.com, Volkswagen, Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, Eyeworks, Royal Dutch Gazelle, and Audi.I help solve business problems by designing seamless user experiences. Informed by data, but driven by empathy. Inspired by people and their stories. I love to turn complex problems into simple, beautiful, and intuitive designs, by aligning business goals with users' needs. Since 2004, I've applied human-centered design practices to dozens of digital products, co-founded a design agency, and created experiences that have touched millions of people.
