Rubicon Planning combines extensive knowledge, experience and capabilities in Army Real Property Master Planning services, to provide requirements analyses, force structure evaluations, Tabulations of Existing and Required Facilities (TABs), criteria development and all other related studies.We are expert in the use and application of the Army’s Legacy Planning Systems (FPS, RPLANS, ACTS, and ISR), and can support the Army planning community as these systems migrate from the legacy platforms to the integrated systems web environment, as typified by WebRPLANS.Our knowledge of the policies, processes, and procedures that drive those automated systems adds an extra dimension of flexibility.
