Community Supported Agriculture connects you to your food, the land your food is grown on, and to the farmer who grows your food. It also means keeping your money in the local economy, supporting sustainable agriculture, and enjoying organically grown foods straight from the farm! The average meal in the U.S. travels 1,500 miles before it reaches your table. By joining Rubicon River Farm, your food will travel less than 50 miles! Unlike a Farmer's Market, you will have unlimited opportunity to ask questions, read about growing practices, obtain nutritional facts, receive recipes, step-by-step preserving techniques, storage tips and visit the farm for Corn Fest and Pumpkin Fest. In addition, we support and work with communities to supply healthy food to less fortunate people in our area.
