LUOU TRADING CO,.LTD,involved in marketing and technical service, was established as the sales company of RUIFU CHEMICAL in the same year. ---In the initial period, RUIFU CHEMICAL was specialized in development and production of aluminum powder /aluminum paste and chemical specialties . ---In 2003, Frany WANG established Paka Chemical for developing and manufacturing polyester resins (UV system) and functional polymers. ---In 2005, we established Menko Chemical Specialties , innovating and producing and organic-silicone based surfactant additives. ---In 2007, RUIFU CHEMICAL acquired YunTong Carbon Black Co. to extend our product line of carbon black.
