Ruili Valve Group Co. Ltd was founded in 2006 by Mr. Xianfeng Chen. Focusing in the manufacturing and supply of different types of valves, the company also has some businesses in pumps, metal materials, resorts, etc. The total capital of this company is RMB 105 million. The Chairman Mr. Xianfeng Chen is mainly focused in the development of the advanced scientific concept, the assurance of high quality, devoted team work and new creation in order to contribute the Ruili brand. The present valves production facility covers an area of 11 acres with the total number of staff ranging 20 to 50. The company is mainly focused on the production of Chinese National Standard Valves, American Standard Valves, Other Country's Standard Valves, Ball Valves, Gate Valves, Globe Valve, Check Valve, Butterfly Valves, Forged Steel Valves, Power Station Valves, Drain Valves, Flat Gate Valves, Knife Gate Valves, etc. The main Production departments are classified into the American Standard production departments, normal valves production departments, special equipment production departments, R&D center, processing center, CNC machines departments, vertical lathe, and the most important department called the valve testing department which occupies a high amount of capital by itself. The valve testing department specially performs the chemical analysis, hardness analysis, strength analysis, etc. The chamber for the valve testing department is equipped with the imported spectrum analyzer, automatic thickness gauge, carbon and sulfur, colorimetric instruments etc. ERP/CAD/CAM design system and the high performance dimensional simulation laboratory designs system mainly ensures the basis of the new product development and also ensures the quality of products.
