Run Grateful is a global running initiative using the power of gratitude practice, with running as its vehicle. What is a gratitude mile? A gratitude mile is a few minutes out of one's day to combine movement - through a leisurely walk or run, with a conscious reflection of everything you're feeling grateful for in life. The idea is simple, yet the Grateful Mile transforms any regular training mile into one that can completely shift one's life perspective into one of positivity, personal growth, and an enhanced connection to others.Since Run Grateful's launch in early September 2020, its main event, the Grateful Run/Walk has connected hundreds of runners from over 50 different countries - from Malawi to Saudi Arabia to Australia to the Philippines, through a collective love of gratitude running/walking. Run Grateful has also previously launched corporate workshops to help unite teams wherever they are in the world through mindful practices that will increase the quality of their mental wellbeing.
