Runmates supports the social side of running by connecting local runners and supports their goals by connecting them to local professional coaches. No matter where you are in the world, you can be part of the Runmates family!✓ How can runners (aka Mates) use Runmates?Mates of every running level get the opportunity to meet new people, discover their city, and stay motivated while improving their health, fitness, and well-being — completely free of charge!Mates can use the app in three ways:1. Share details of upcoming runs, then search for and connect with like-minded runners for a Pairs Run or a Group Run.2. Find and join local Group Runs and make some new running buddies!3.
