Russian River Alliance is a non-profit 501(c)(3) charitable organization formed in 2012 as a successor to Russian River Redevelopment and is comprised of local community organizations serving the area from Guerneville to Cazadero. We are an all-volunteer organization. The Alliance is dedicated to sharing ideas and enhancing the quality of life for residents, businesses, and tourists. As an unincorporated area, the Alliance serves as one unified voice with our County government and law enforcement agencies to address local issues of concern such as promoting equality, improving air quality, blight remediation, beautification efforts, vagrancy, drug and crime issues, economic development, support for our businesses, programs for community residents, and road and other infrastructure improvements. We believe in strengthening our neighborhoods and commercial corridors, while providing a welcoming environment for all.Russian River Alliance believes one of the best ways to support our businesses and our local economy is to support our local workforce in times of need. Sometimes short term assistance, when faced with disruptions such as temporarily reduced hours, unexpected moving expenses brought on from large rent increases, landlords selling your home, or losing your home from flooding or fire, can make the difference between being able to continue to contribute to our community or becoming homeless.
