Project experience includes the design of multifamily residential and hotels , commercial office space – includes tenant planning and interior design , Educational and Conferencing facilities ), shopping centers, retail shops and restaurants ), and a wide variety of other building types ). Due to our location in Old Town, Alexandria, and our keen interest in historical styles of architecture, a major portion of our projects are new buildings for infill sites or restoration, renovation and adaptive reuse of existing buildings.We are philosophically dedicated to the creation of buildings or environments which are "humanist" places which people will enjoy, that display elements of human scale and comprehension and that provide appropriate, comfortable (and sustainable) shelter.
