We're the first club at Rutgers University that teaches about jobs in the insurance industry and what they are like. The Insurance industry is one with so much opportunity yet it is surprisingly vastly overlooked by the new generation. Young, up-and-coming workers are usually very unaware of the abundant amount of opportunities the industry provides. We are determined to change that here at Rutgers University. We are determined to give the students of Rutgers University an edge over students from most other colleges. As of the time of this club's creation in 2018 and its revival in 2021, there are only a little over 50 insurance programs/degrees in the country and barely any existence of ‘insurance clubs.' In other words, this club gives valuable information that most college students don't know about.
