Rutherford Estates is widely recognised as the world's largest developer of proton therapy centres, currently building and maintaining a network of state-of-the-art oncology centres in the UK known as the Rutherford Cancer Centres.Centres have opened in Newport, Northumberland and Reading with a fourth centre in Liverpool currently under construction. Rutherford Estates has worked with many leading firms in the construction of the centres, including IBA, Elekta, Philips, Pravida Bau GmbH, Graham Construction and Interserve.
