RWN helps refugee and immigrant women achieve success in the United States, through microenterprise loans, civic engagement, and health promotion programs.\\We have helped refugee women start or strengthen more than 65 businesses, with a loan repayment rate of more than 97%. \\Our civic engagement/leadership training program has worked with women across the US. Graduates of the program have gone on to start their own refugee focused agencies, complete graduate school, and become successful community leaders.\\RWN's health promotion program trains refugee women to help others in their community manage chronic disease. Currently, we are working to validate a self-management model for Type II diabetes.
