Created in 2010, RFMN gathers a network of women leaders from the private, the public, semi-public sectors and a network of professional associations.Vision :Contribute to the empowerment of women by Mentoring and Networking to participate in the country's socio-economic development.Missions :- To raise awareness of moroccan women who are leaders in their industries about Mentoring concept by joining national and international associations that emprove women's empowerment.- To encourage this empowerment by the implementation of mentoring concept wich allows the sharing of professional experiences.- To create, distribute, support , promote and duplicate Mentoring.- To long-term Duplicate this concept through Morocco and MENA region.Goals :- To inform so as to raise women's awareness about the importance of Mentoring and Networking.- To inspire by means of calling on the commitment and the inspiration of women models.- To connect through developing and organizing structures and platforms for better networking.- To build by developing the professional networking through Moroccan and international partners.
