Røverkollen housing cooperative is Romsås' smallest cooperative, and consists of 238 apartments spread over 15 entrances in five buildings. Røverkollen was ready for occupation in 1974, as the last of six cooperatives in Romsås.We have 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom apartments, most come with external storage facilities and a dedicated parking spot.The plot of 26,500 m2 was purchased in 1986. All the buildings have odd numbers in Sverre Iversens vei (No. 1-25 and No. 31-33), interrupted by Røverbo and the parking facility, respectively No. 27 and 29.In the same area you'll find large playgrounds, a high school, sports fields, leisure parks, and a lake.
