For industrial applications I have gained an extensive experience in projects for the food industry, pharmaceutical industry and the light chemical industry.I'm always striving to bring 100% to the work what I do. and my goal as project engineer/3D Designer is to build sustainable and reliable Dairy Plants.some of the areas where I have gained experience• to draw up and manage Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID);• Setup creating drawings (plot plan & piping-plan);• the on-site measuring of pipes, components and installations;• customization of tender packages for pipe manufacturing and/or Assembly;• the manufacture of isometric drawings;• the total piping system design and development;• pulling out of material so-called: M.T.O (Material Take Off)/B.O.M (Bill Off Material) • create and verify Pipe Stress calculations;• counselling of material application, production, connection, fastening techniques, etc.,• assistance and guidance on the construction site;• assistance and guidance commissioning;• requirements of other disciplines in the process piping design; Designing piping systems is a complex process. Nowadays is hereby made extensive use of modern computer techniques. With these systems, it is possible to complete plants in 3D models. Big advantage of this approach is that projects be visualised early. For example, avoid collisions between pipes and structures of other disciplines. Finally, from the 3D model automatically construction drawings and material listings.
